We headed to Leavenworth for our annual trip with the Feys and this year we decided to stay the night. What a fun, fun trip! Mommy said last year she thought this year would be a lot of fun with us girls being older and it sure was. I wasn’t quite sure about the snow or sledding the 1st day but you’ll see in a different post that I loved it the 2nd day, which makes Mommy think next year will even be that much more fun! Aunt Kate, Uncle Dj and Carson were in town with their friends the Carters and we ran into them pretty much right when we got into town. We played with them for a little bit in the snow! Aunt Kate showed me how to throw a snowball at Daddy, Carson was a lot of fun to watch with his buddy Jem and Uncle Dj, like always was so kind and played with both Lilly and I. Oh and he ran to the nearest shop and bought me some mittens! Such a nice guy!!! After we played in the snow we headed to the Gingerbread Factory and we were so happy to see they were open! We were so sad last year when we walked up to the closed sign! We warmed up with hot chocolate and the BEST cookies! We can NOT wait for next year. We’re thinking we need to plan a 2-3 nighter next year!! What a fun trip!
