Catherine completed courses 3 and 4 last Monday night. She decorated a small fondant cake and made some really cute ice cream cone cake pops. We had a great time! She followed instructions really well on the cake pops, not that she didn’t on the cake but I had an idea in mind for the cake and she decided to do something different for her cake. It wasn’t a bad thing, she’s just a very creative little 10 year old. At the end of the night I gave her a certificate and a little box of baking goodies so she could go decorate at home. Good job Catherine!!
