Chelan

Uncle Deej is working in Chelan all summer so Aunt Kate invited us over for a few days of fun in the sun! Mommy and I left Tuesday night on our very own road trip!! Mommy made sure to pack snacks and some of my favorite movies! I stayed awake until like the last 45 minutes! I was so excited to see Carson and Cale! They're my buddies!! They were both so nice and gave up their beds to Mommy and I! The first day we went into town and hung out at the pool at their condo! Mommy was a little nervous because I don't know how to swim! Before this trip I loved swimming but only if Mommy or Daddy were holding me! Aunt Kate was so nice and patient with me and in less than an hour had me swimming around all by myself with a noodle wrapped around me! Mommy was so impressed and proud of me!! The second day we headed to the waterslides in town! We were the 1st people in line! Again, I was a little nervous about the slides but a half hour in I was loving the kiddie slides, thanks to Aunt Kate again! She hung out with Cale and I while Carson took Mommy on all the BIG scary slides! Mommy said she thought she was gonna die in one of them! It was pitch black, super fast and lasted like 30 seconds! We had such a fun day!! That night after dinner we headed to the Go Kart tracks. I had never been in one and had a blast riding with Mommy! Our last day we went down to the lake for a few hours! The water was so clear and the view was amazing! We ended the day with one more swim at the pool! Mommy and I did NOT wanna come home! I cried! :( We had such a fun time!! Mommy stopped at Starbucks on our way out of town and before she even ordered, I was out cold!! We stopped for dinner at our favorite place! The 59er Diner! My favorite part was sharing a yummy milkshake with Mommy! We got back on the road and made it home in good time! I was so excited to see Daddy and Grams!! I missed them both!!

Thanks again Uncle Deej, Aunt Kate, Cars and Cale!! We love you guys very much and appreciate letting us come play and for EVERYTHING you did for us while we were there!!
