Daddy and Kelly Penny decided it would be a good idea to have us wear signs for Barb Tolbert for Hometown Halloween. I was so excited to meet my new friend Annie. We had a blast walking around trick or treating to all the businesses and all the people that came out to pass out candy. Arlington is such a neat little town. Mommy sometimes wishes we lived there. The town always does such fun stuff for every holiday and the entire town really gets into all the festivities. I’m already looking forward to the next time Annie and I get to play!! Thanks for the fun day, Annie!!
