Mommy and Carla have been planning Emmie’s and I’s 1st sleepover for like a year now. They wanted to wait until we were older and ready for it. We have been begging both moms so they finally thought the time was right. Emmie came over and stayed the night at my house 1st. We picked Emmie up and headed to Alderwood for dinner at the American Girl Café. We both had chicken strips, fries and fruit and loved having our dolls with us at dinner. We got home that night and Mommy had a fun valentine craft for us. We made lollipop butterflys. We got in our jammies and played for a while then we all piled in Mommy’s bed and watched a movie. We both went to bed just fine but at 2am, I woke up mom frantically saying Emmie wasn’t in the room. Mommy and Daddy both panicked! They were yelling Emmie’s name and looking all over for her, but she was snuggled up on the ground in her sleeping bag! Mommy and Daddy finally got back to sleep and guess what time both Emmie and I decided that it was a good time to get up?? 5:30 am!! Mommy tried to convince us that it was still night time but we were up and ready to play. We got up and played, watched a movie and had mini pancakes for breakfast and took a bubble bath together! We had a great time at our 1st sleepover. I can’t wait to sleepover at Emmie’s! :)
